International Policy:

Due to the high volume of Credit Card Fraud, all international orders must be paid in advance Via a Bank Wire-Transfer. (We will provide bank information upon receipt of your order.) All International orders must be processed by email or Fax.

The Customer is responsible for Shipping and Handling charges on all exchanges, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. If the items are returned in good condition (whole dozens only), the merchandise credit amount is the price paid for the item, less shipping and handling fee's and a 25% restocking fee may or may not be imposed depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. If you are placing an order for new merchandise, the restocking fee will be waived.

If your country is not listed, but you would like to order from SUNGLASS COMPANY, L.L.C. www.WholesaleSunglasses.ws you can do so by contacting us via our email address under Contact US. We will take your order and email to you our bank information so you can directly wire transfer the payment for your order. We feel that this is the safest way for us to do business together.
